PASSPORTS
Remember to check your (and any of your guests) passport to confirm it's not expired, or within 6 months of the expiration date. You will need it for travel and will be asked to provide upon registration with AEG. A secure copy of your passport will be kept on file.  
 
ROOM RESERVATIONS

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to confirm your commitment by submitting payment. The payment deadline is October 31, 2026.
 

At check-in, the hotel will require a credit or debit card for any incidental charges, which are not included in the room rate or all-inclusive package.
 

Please note: All cancellation fees are the responsibility of the partner and will be invoiced by AEG as applicable.


FOOD & BEVERAGE
Grand Velas is an ALL-INCLUSIVE resort.

PRE- OR POST-RETREAT

If you choose to extend your stay before or after the hosted dates,  please inform Meena so she can coordinate your reservation directly with the hotel. The extension is based on the resorts availability.


ADDITIONAL NIGHTS

You may extend your stay up to three nights before or after the event at a discounted rate. If you plan to arrive early or stay later, please inform Meena so she can coordinate your reservation directly with the hotel. All related costs for the extended stay and package will be the responsibility of the partner.

​ROOM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of people per guest room

  • two (2) adults (13+ years old)

  • two (2) children under 12 years old

  • or (3) adults and one (1) child under 12 years old sharing their parents room.

  • Cribs are available as per request at no extra charge, these will be based on the hotel's availability.


All rooms are King rooms. Rooms with double beds or other arrangements must be requested.

HITTING YOUR BOGEY

Any partner who meets their 2026 goal (deadline: December 31, 2026) will receive the following benefits from AEG:

  • Three complimentary guest room nights (valued at $510 per night)

  • Flight reimbursement of up to $500 for the AEG Partner


DEADLINE & PAYMENT
The deadline to register is January 15, 2026. Meena will be reaching out to collect payment and is due within two weeks.
